Debuting a tool for conversion of the quantitative probability value (P) to the qualitative value set forth in the risk management process. A methodical approach for converting the quantitative probability value obtained from the complaints or nonconformities to the corresponding qualitative probability value set forth in the PHA (Preliminary Hazard Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
